My prayer to you

My prayer to you is to bless me to love you for who you are, not for what you do,

I ask you to make a way even when I don’t have a clue,

I know I have to go through,

so I hold my head to the sky,

Lord, touch my heart so that I always stay true,

everything I am and all I am to come you already knew,

you’re the creator you painted the sky blue,

you also created the dew,

you’re the best at everything you do,

help me to look to you,

and keep my trust in you,

to become what you called me to be,

is my prayer to you,
